the way it charges is magnetic which is dumb, I got it and it didn’t charge at all so I exchanged it and the new one does charge but I don’t foresee it lasting long with the technology of the charger.

This heating pad gets HOT. I have no problem adjusting the heat for my liking, however sometimes it jumps back up. I suspect I’m hitting the button when I’m adjusting the belt. But it is EASY to accidentally hit the button to change your heat setting (I actually turned the heat on when I grabbed it to measure the size).

The belt attachment means well, it my buckle comes apart easily. I’m a fluffier girl – intend to wear size 16. My daughter and husband have to clip the belt buckle for me since it comes apart easily. You don’t need to push the button, it just comes out with any kind of pull. As long as they do it, and I don’t adjust it, it usually stays on. The belt was a huge selling point for me as I was looking for something I could wear at work. So this is disappointing to me.

The material on the pad that goes towards the skin is soft to touch. That’s a really nice feature.

The pad is smaller than the picture shows. Granted, I am bigger – but it only covers a hand sized area on my back. (Actual measurements are: 7” across, 4” down which is curved so only about 2.5” touches the skin). It is also a hard plastic shell which is slightly curved, so if you want it on a flat area, you are out of luck.

The vibrations are okay. I’ve tried it with my endometriosis and I’m not sure it helped. It didn’t make it worse though.

Overall, I use it. It’s helpful for my one lower side back pain for heat. But to get it on, in place without accidentally scalding myself or getting overly frustrated is difficult.

It works great, but arrived with scuff marks on it. The vibration settings are also audible, so it’s not feasible to use that setting in public. However, the device itself is close enough to your body that if you wore a bigger shirt it wouldn’t be noticeable.

So I suffer from endometriosis and in the last few years, I started getting these extreme pains that would hit me when I am sleeping at night and will last for like 30-45 min. It is by far one of the worst pains I’ve had to experience and feels a lot like labor contractions that do not stop. I usually have to get straight into a burning hot bath or use those microwaveable heat packs to get even a tiny bit of relief. So I bought this to try out but was skeptical of it being able to get hot enough to help. Although I just got it and haven’t used it with my pain yet, it does feel like it gets very hot on the hottest setting, comparable to the microwave heat pack I have. So I am hoping this help.
